In an increasingly globalized world, exploring the history of other countries, and the impact immigration has on peoples' lives is important.  In this set of five projects, students will bridge English and Social Studies to look at Canada's involvement in conflits abroad, what it means to be a child of two worlds, and how a story can be powerful but not a "feel good" read.
